ClutchCuts ("we", "us") operates the ClutchCuts sports-highlights channels and the website at clutchcuts.tv. This policy explains what data we handle when you connect a social media account to our publishing tools and how we use it.
When the channel owner connects a third-party account (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, Reddit) to ClutchCuts, we receive, via that platform's official API and only with the owner's authorization:
We do not collect personal information from people who view our content, and we do not access private messages, contacts, or follower data beyond what each platform's API returns for basic account identification.
Account identifiers and access tokens are used for a single purpose: to publish ClutchCuts highlight videos to the connected account at the owner's direction. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or share account data or access tokens with third parties. Tokens are transmitted only to the originating platform's official API to perform the publishing action you authorized.
Access tokens are stored securely on our own infrastructure, restricted to the publishing service, and used only to make authorized API calls. You can revoke ClutchCuts's access at any time from the connected platform's settings, which immediately ends our ability to act on that account.
Our website (clutchcuts.tv) uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic — page views and which links visitors click through to (for example our YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X channels). This uses cookies and collects standard, non-identifying data such as approximate region, device type, and referring source. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie controls.
ClutchCuts publishes short sports-highlight clips. Underlying game footage is the property of its respective rights holders and is used for commentary and highlight purposes. See our Terms of Service.
